My wife and I hired team span to sell our home for us in 2023. At first they appeared very gung ho and presented us with some amazing photographs to put on the Internet and website. We were a little leery to sign with them because they demanded a six month contract. After the initial pictures things got very slow. They never put in any effort to show the house or have an open house. There were literally weeks that went by without a showing.
