I can not adequately express our appreciation for Becky and Mick for all they have done to make this sale. From dealing with absentee sellers, to opening the house to get repairs done, to the all important knowing a guy. They hooked us up with folks who could do the repairs needed to get the house on the market. They guided us through all the way to closing with warmth and professionalism. Much love.
This team kept our family updated during the whole process. We had unexpected structural issues to be taken care of and they took care of everything. They went far above and beyond when there was an issue with UPS delivery. Who drives 1.5 hours to ensure the paperwork is completed? Team Spann does!
