My wife and I hired team span to sell our home for us in 2023. At first they appeared very gung ho and presented us with some amazing photographs to put on the Internet and website. We were a little leery to sign with them because they demanded a six month contract. After the initial pictures things got very slow. They never put in any effort to show the house or have an open house. There were literally weeks that went by without a showing. I can not adequately express our appreciation for Becky and Mick for all they have done to make this sale. From dealing with absentee sellers, to opening the house to get repairs done, to the all important knowing a guy. They hooked us up with folks who could do the repairs needed to get the house on the market. They guided us through all the way to closing with warmth and professionalism. Much love.
