Fourth time with this group, went back to this group after doc suggested another place because I liked the results I got the last 3 times (Different problem each time)
Tami was excellent. She recognized more right away that I was experiencing different things causing my pain and helped me with it all. She's gentle and very informative. The lady knows her craft!! I'd recommend her to everyone and TRPT! Very pleased, indeed.

I was able to get an appointment quickly to be seen by the physical therapist. She was very thorough and knowledgeable, kind and friendly. I have started therapy for my bulging discs and have already improved immensely with the at-home exercises she assigned.
Came here with my mom and they made us wait 25 mins and one of the assistants finally came to get us. All the people that came after us were seen 1-5 mins after they came in. Also, when I wanted to ask the receptionist why the wait was long, she was on the phone laughing and the phone convo went on for 10 mins 🙄. The assistants are nice but they seemed a little clueless. The therapists are nice.
