Update: this company is being taken over by Care Advantage..they contacted my mother and I and went out of their way to resolve the issues and lived up to their word. They helped get the long term insurance coverage going and brought the sweetest lady to help Mom. Very pleased and grateful to them lifting a huge weight off my shoulders. Thank you so much.

Update again ***New update*** ***Updated below*** Unreliable. Aides frequently don't show and they don't notify patient it's going to happen. That has been a big hazard. Aides have been far under trained. The last didn't know how to cook, clean, or help with shower. She sure liked to sit and watch TV although. The office ALWAYS "accidently" forgets to call when an aide isn't going to show. Unreliable aides (unreliable is an understatement) and complacent leadership in the office, unprofessional on numerous levels, unbelievably rude to clients. I cannot stress enough how much I do not want anyone to hire these people to care for your, presumably elderly, loved ones. The aides are under trained, at best, and willfully incompetent on average; refusing to do unpleasant or "tiresome" tasks. DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE "CARE" FOR YOUR PARENTS AND/OR GRANDPARENTS.

Team Nurse is an amazing company to work for. They appreciate hard work ethic, and value those that work for their company. I have been with Team Nurse for two years and it had been an amazing experience for me from the field staff, to the office staff, all the way to the corporate level.

This agency is very poorly run. Like their aides the whole company has very little training however very good at covering up their mistakes. Company rarely returns after hour calls and yet they say their available 24/7. "false advertisement". My experience with them has been the worst ever. I speak with facts, and they speak with attitude. They don't care about our elders and the care our loved ones receive is TERRIBLE.
