It was such a pleasure hiring Team K for the job I had. Having mold or water damage is never a fun thing. But this company was amazing from start to finish. My situation was on a time crunch, being that the issue was found during a home inspection. They did their own inspection but followed the inspectors objection report perfectly! Everyone on Team K is so professional and courteous. I like to thank Renee and Brad for making this process easy for me and my tenants. I would recommend them to anyone in the same situation!!
Daniel and Eric are very proffesional and very good at what they do. Came out and took care of a flooded crawl space and did a great job. Great company. Hopefully nothing like this happens again but if it does y'all will be my first choice.

This company is truly one of a kind! Some of the most professional and hard working people I have ever worked with. Our upstairs bathroom flooded on a Friday evening and they didn't even hesitate to come to our house immediately and they didn't leave until all the water was gone and everything cleaned up. Mark Stephens was a life saver. He worked getting water out of our basement for a good 4 hours by himself. Didn't leave till 1030 and then had to drive back to centennial in a very slick, and icy blizzard. Cody was also very helpful at explaining how everything was going to work. Great direction.
