Terrible customer service! After working with a wonderful salesman for two weeks to pick out a vehicle, we finally selected one. The salesman started the paperwork for the loan. We were approved and ready to finalize everything. Then, as we're pulling into the dealership to pick-up the car, we get a call from our salesman stating the car was sold to someone else.
