last saturday I made the purchase of a car and she treated me very kindly and professionally Miss Carolyn would give her a 10 for her domain and kindness being super satisfied
The team members were really nice but having to wait two hours I really could've used a clean bathroom in their bathroom is disgusting. Also when I got back in my car after service there was stuff everywhere like they've gone through every single inch of my car pulling things out. That kind of freaked me out a little bit.

I initially went in to test drive a new Accord but wasn't planning on buying as I wanted to save more. Chris Pham helped me out and answered all of my questions, was professional and considerate as a salesperson. Offered me a better deal than I could have hoped for as a first time buyer. Overall great experience and great price.

Had the worst experience buying a vehicle at Team Honda. Was called and told I was approved for a used car after i went in, shopped around, and was told I had to wait til Monday to hear from the bank. When I got there on Monday I got the run around for an hour and was told he thought I was approved but wasn't. Took off of work and drove an hour away to go in and left with nothing but anger and disappointment. Went to another dealership and was in a car that day. Won't waste my time going again.
