Giving them a 1 star review is being generous. Pity there is isnt a negative start system. I would give then -10. They dont care. They sent my parcel south instead of north. And it took 5 days to go 543 km ( 5 hrs drive) This must be the worse Courier in Australia Contacted them and basically got told they cant help. But more than likely they dont want to help
