Update: Team global express staff and also the subcontractor delivery driver employed by team Global express have now stopped replying to all phone calls emails and text messages. Even though I have video evidence of the incident along with video of the driver admitting the damages, I am now forced to bring this matter to the police. Hopeless. How they are still in business is beyond me.
Do not use these muppets. My order has been sitting in your depot since the 3/3. I tried to speak to someone and they want me to answer a million questions that you already have the answers to! And then proceed to tell me information I already know. Not helpful!!
They say my parcel has been delivered but not to my address. after days of stuffing around on the phone, no one knows what to do, and no one can help me. Not to mention it's a very expensive item. Pathetic company, I will be taking them to court if I cannot get my item.
The client support and work ethic provided by Team TGE is excellent. I needed information about a tracked package which had missed its advised delivery time/date and I was assisted by Rhonda. She was courteous, helpful and provided stellar assistance. She followed up my query very professionally and provided phone updates over 2 days which kept me up to date and fully informed.
