A very arrogant man showed up very early for my appointment and said he had been Waiting there for a long time. I had heard him drive up and he wasn’t telling the truth. He barely checked anything and charged twice what the prior installer charged. His attitude was just too much!
While my commercial elevator was eventually serviced to be code compliant, I had a similar experience as the previous reviewer in that Team Elevator was incredibly unresponsive and charged exorbitant prices. I called them initially for a routine maintenance and hose replacement to be up to code. After the initial visit, I waited over 4 months for the part to be installed, only to be told it had been in the shop but misplaced. They came to repair my elevator and it is worse than before!!! It scares me to death! I called and requested that a manager or owner reach out to me. NO RESPONSE!!! I have a violation from the state and they are not fixing it, charging me an exorbitant amount of money and it scares me to death to ride my elevator. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE QUICK TO CALL AND CHARGE YOU, but cannot actually fix your problem.
Not only do they provide a great service, they are very knowledgeable, friendly and up front. They take the time to explain issues and resolutions from a most cost effective perspective. They value relationships and it shows. They come highly recommended.
