This goes to the service department... Took my truck to the service department yesterday morning to get it checked out. I was told by the service department that they would check it and call me to let me know what they found out. They where nice enough to drop me off at my work in their courtesy vehicle, however I didn't hear from them all day. Once my workday ended I went to the dealership and was told they hadn't even started looking at my truck yet and I could bring it back the next morning...which I did not do !!! I chos... read more
