Horrible dentist office. The dentist is condescending and the front desk is extremely rude. They didn’t handle my dad’s teeth properly. He kept telling the office he was in pain and the dentist said “it takes time” and kept repeating it. He is still in pain and we will not be returning here. Rachel at the front desk dismissed my father when he arrived for his appointment. A little free advice, if you want your dentist office to be successful, it starts with your front desk and your customer service.
