I've used Classic Collision many years. I got my car back today and this was the best experience yet. The customer service provided was excellent. They are quick to respond, polite and helpful. I took delivery of my car on Wed. before Thanksgiving - a warning light came on to turn the engine off when driving it on Thanksgiving Day. I called on Fri. morning - within 5 minutes of hanging up the, I got calls from Enterprise car rental from someone to come and pick me up to get me back in a rental car and from the towing company... read more

Ultimately a large portion of my satisfaction with regard to a collision service will be derived from the actual repair of my vehicle. Upon picking my truck up from the shop it was as clean--if not cleaner--than the day I first purchased it. This is the second time we have used Classic Collision....the first time resulted in the other insurance company appraiser finding our Lexus was totaled......not something we were prepared for as both the tow truck driver and your service advisor felt the car was repairable.
