Very new to the gym. I’ve been very impressed with the atmosphere and workouts. In fact even when I’m not there I find I’m getting a great workout pulling myself into my truck since I appear to be too sore to enter normally. Highly recommend.
Best gym family! I love Team Branch and the trainers are the most supportive people I know. They NEVER stop educating even outside of the gym. Right now they have cancelled classes due to whats going on around then world. But they have not stopped providing workouts we can do at home and reaching out!

Team Branch is a place that welcomes all fitness levels. I worked out until 2 weeks before having my son, and was able to return just 7 weeks after having my baby! They motivate you in and out of the gym to live a healthy lifestyle rather than just burning some cals. If you want your life to change for the better, this place is where you want to be.
Love #teambranch!! Instructors are friendly and motivating. I’ve never once felt judged or uncomfortable at team branch. Instructors will offer modifications if there is an activity you can not perform. My daughter participates in the Branch kids boot camp on Saturday mornings and LOVES it!!
