Awesome place and people. Love working out here because theirs always a different type of work out every boot camp. Josh is awesome as well!
Team Branch is outstanding. Josh does an amazing job with his boot camps. He pumps you up and encourages you all at the same time. If you give team branch a chance you will certainly see incredible changes with your body. I would recommend Josh and Mike to anyone. And on top of that, the music he chooses during workouts are on point!!!
Went for my first time this morning and loved it!! Definitely felt welcome and enjoyed the atmosphere!! I'm only in STL on the weekends but I will see yall again for sure!!
