I have tried everything under the sun and my absolute favorite is Josh’s gym. I love to run and do self workouts, don’t get me wrong. But my body gets into such a routine that I get in a rut and don’t see results. So I always find myself going back to Josh’s gym and leave feeling rejuvenated and motivated for more. The classes are dynamic, and the team comradery in that gym push me to the next level. I highly recommend at least “trying it out” and I promise you’ll leave with knowing that this year is your year !!!!
Team branch is amazing! Highly recommend! I have been with team branch for a few months and I am extremely motivated to reach all fitness goals! They are always there to answer any questions and help you along your fitness journey!! :)
