Terrible at creating a listing. Cant write a good description for a house to save his life, never uses proper grammar, and completely and utterly ignores comps.
As a first time buyer there were a lot of questions I had when starting to look for my home. Ryan took the time to answer all of those questions and help us in finding the perfect home. Unfortunately, in the neighborhood we liked there were no homes for sale so Ryan sent out mailers to all of the home owners and eventually we found one!
