I applied almost three weeks Ago the lady was nice but I never received a phone call Letting me know if I was approved or not I paid my application fee and took the time luckily I found a beautiful home instead of an apartment so it worked out great but I think it’s very unprofessional that no one got back with me I would not recommend them
DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! Every time I get ready for work I listen to music & people make noise complaints to the office and the office people are so rude about everything. I’ll come home from work at midnight and there will be no where to park near my apartment, i’ll have to park 7-10 apartments down, won’t complain, but when i have a friend over for a couple hours and parks out front, it’s a violation of my lease. living here has been so stressful, i wish i would have stayed here i was at.
DO NOT SUGGEST! Lived here a month, and playing music while taking a shower, is a violation of the lease. Office people are VERY rude, not understanding even a little, or even compromising. Quiet hours state on the lease 11pm-8am, so 1pm playing music while showering should not be a big deal. Maintenance brought us a letter and said they couldn’t even hear it but just had to do what the office tells them to do. Our neighbors dog barks every hour of the day, but that’s no big deal. It’s awful that they just killed 1000 baby birds baby birds ALIVE!
I've lived here for two yrs.and I love it here. It's nice and quiet. They are always doing something new to make it safe and you feel at home. The office staff is awesome, if I have a problem maintenance is always on top of it.
Real nice! !!!!!
