Dr. Teague is a great dr if you are wanting someone that will listen and seems to care. His staff on the other hand is TERRIBLE. They don’t give him messages or chart messages, they never call back and do not communicate at all. You have to wait over an hour ( I have at least for every appointment) just to be called back. Once you get called back prepare to sit for roughly 45 minutes before anyone comes in. Staff is horrible. Supposedly this is a new staff. They will not answer the phone, nor return calls. Took over 4 months for them to schedule my scans. Now needing another test and no one is answering!
I have been seeing Dr. Teague for 20+ years. He is wonderful and has provided me with exceptional care! The office staff is a different story. They will not answer the phone or return phone calls. IF you are lucky enough to get someone on the phone they are either rude or will not write prescriptions the way needed for insurance to cover. I have been trying to get my prescriptions filled for almost 2 months but the pharmacy needs the scripts written differently and have reached out with no replies. I wish there were two seperate reviews for Dr. Teague and his staff. I'm posting a four star review which is an average between the Dr. Teague and staff. Dr. Teague is great, a smart Dr. that has treated me with knowledge and care over the years.
