I wish there were two seperate reviews for Dr. Teague and his staff. I'm posting a four star review which is an average between the Dr. Teague and staff. Dr. Teague is great, a smart Dr. that has treated me with knowledge and care over the years.
Dr. Teague is great, but everything I’ve heard about his office staff seems to be true. After my first visit I had to call multiple times to get someone to call me about test results (2 months later) and the person had no idea what anything on the sheet meant. She stated someone would call back-shocker- no one did.. After making my second appointment, I called 5 times and left 3 messages over 3 days with the front office, answering service, and assistant to get labs faxed over. Let me say it has been a long time since I have found an endocrinologist that will listen to my story and my needs. The staff was absolutely amazing and Dr Teague was the sweetest person. He listened so intently and genuinely cared about me. I am looking forward to working with him in getting my needs under control. Thank you Dr Teague and staff!!!
