RecommendedAmazing place !! Sooo affordable!!! Stunning environment and such an amazing staff!!!! They can rid pain in 1-2 sessions of a special treatment! I was blown away at my assessment!!!!
I'm very new to the studio and already notice a difference in how my body feels. I'm sitting for almost an entire day between commuting to and from working (3 hours round trip) and working a desk job for 8 hours. My body aches and is stiff, and I'm only 23 years old and should be in my prime- Not the case! The privates have been great for reclaiming my youth and today was my first pilates group and turbo session/ sauna. I recommend all of the above.
My first time there today and absolutely blown away! I was getting to the point of thinking that I would be courting a wheelchair in the near future. After a short assessment pilates session, a neuromuscular session and10 minutes on the TurboSonic, I felt more like a dolphin coursing thru the water than a creature put together with faulty Lego parts! This is no exaggeration!! Amazing!
Been a member for about 6 years now and love all the instructors! It is such a great workout!
My sports orthopedic doctor recommended Pilates as the best way to strengthen and tone my body to help me with my skeletal concerns. After over 20 years of high impact aerobics, weight and resistance training, of which I led a women's ministry, Teague Pilates, is a wonderful change with their excellent, caring instructors and a spa-like environment to exercise in! I really enjoy every Reformer and Half-Trap class! Thank you, Teague Pilates team for helping me get and stay in shape!
