I just bought my first zero turn mower. Got to admit I was a little worried not owning one before. Jack got me to try on and I was sold. The only problem was to decide on which one to buy as i tried out a few models. Went home to think about it and the next day i got a call from Trafton the next day telling me that they had just taken in on trade a mint condition Toro Timecutter HD with very low hours on it. Took one ride on it and I was sold. Took it home with me right away. Great service and they are local.
WOW. I called here for a price check on a couple parts. I was treated so poorly that I will NEVER buy from here EVER again. the service was quite appalling and rude as hell. I couldn't even get my questions answered. completely nonprofessional service. rude as hell, seemed not interested at all in helping me find the answers I am still looking for. used to be a good repair shop and parts store but for as long as the customer service is of the quality I received today they are now not on my list of stores to buy parts. if I w... read more

Wicked GREAT place to do business!!! Trafton, jack, and all the mechanics provide phenomenal service before, during, and after the sale! I strongly recommend Teagues to anyone in search of a new mower, snow blower, chainsaw, or any piece of yard equipment.
I wanted a small snow thrower for my deck and Jack gave me a really good deal. Very knowledgeable about the product. And, I know I can get service when needed.
