Very professional and friendly customer service. I got an even better product than what I was originally there for. They took the time to explain to me all the differences in each mower they offered. I'm impressed they actually educated me and didn't just try to feed me a sales pitch. Even let me "test drive" it. Which was sweet because it was just a silly joke and they played along. My husband I just bought a snowblower and the customer service there is great! Very friendly and knowledgeable!
The great fall wind storm of 2017 . I needed a generator and they were out the day I went . They took my name and said they would call when it came in. I appreciated that gesture. They went above that. They kept me updated on the delivery trucks location and approximate tim of arrival. When I picked up the generator they made sure I knew how to use it. Great local company with great local service. 5 huge stars
