I'm sure the tea is wonderful here, but I wouldn't know because every time I've been in here I've been 100% ignored by the staff.
Used to be great company and great service. Now - all screwed up. I was waiting on my order for almost three weeks. Called them - oh, your tea was lost in transition. Finally got a replacement... And? Instead of 250 g pack of tea, there's only 100 g. Called again (like I have nothing else to do!) - nobody's there. Everybody is responsible for something else, but orders. They have nice teas, but it's impossible to get them! I'm looking for a different tea company now!
