I especially love the 557 W. Diversey Pkwy. location for their customer service, vast knowledge, friendly and welcoming atmosphere, and continual community involvement... not to mention their delicious tea :)
Best tea I ever had. You simply cannot get this quality from a regular store.

I love the tea, but received terrible service. I attempted to express this dissatisfaction and never heard back. I do love the company and their products and am hoping they improve their service. In the mean time, I will be shopping elsewhere.
