Not what we expected – We appreciate independently owned shops mostly because the service pays more attention to detail. None of the employees could explain the differences in the teas or make any reccomendations. This knowledge of your products is essential to any business, especially one that specializes in teas. One employee could not even explain the kinds of desserts in the pasty case, what was in them, or what they were called.
