Worked with Jaime & Cindy...went in not really knowing if we'd come away with something, and affordable & NO HASSLE...we got excellent treatment, & not sure of her normal hours, but Cindy stayed later in evening to meet with us-to do all ppwk, Jaime wasn't the pushy annoying "used car salesman"...came away w/just a couple of hiccups-but nothing major!! My wife and I had been looking for a decent used diesel truck. We doing the truck that was perfect for us and had a great experience at the same time while working with Rich and Todd. They both put in a lot of work and time while getting us a great deal on our new truck. The whole TDR team made us feel welcome. Since then still waiting on title paperwork to be done. Have had issues that should have been taken care of before truck was sold and get no help from service department.
