Needed a new car and went in looking for a SUV (or truck). Sales gal (Claudia) knew we would be coming in and found a truck and greeted us right away with a hell of great looking truck at the right price. Took it for a test drive and now I am a "truck guy". 2nd car from TDR!!
Tdr promises things they refuse to give! Test drive the info light was on, low tire. Was told by my sales rep "we aired it up, if the light comes on again then you have a slow leak. Bring it back in and we will fix it." I took it back in they said they put air in it and the light was still on, they said they changed the sensors which I didn't get a reciet for so who knows if they changed them , light still on! It was a good dealership, and they didn't raise the prices and they were fair.
Salesman and staff were friendly, this was our first stop of the day. We found a car that fit our needs and budget. We told the salesman we were going to look at other places and would get back with them (this was the only place that didn't try and push us out of our budget or sell us something we didn't wan't). Spent the entire day shopping the Miracle mile and other dealerships only to find most were pushy and did not hear what our budget and needs were. I have now purchased 2 cars from TDR there have been a few small problems but between Kodi and Mike things were taken care of in a fast and timely manner will definitely by from them again in the future.
What started off as a rough experience was turned around & made right. There were a few issues with vehicle I purchased. At first there were some miscommunications between staff members at tdr but management & the owner stepped in & got things moving in the right direction. They gave me a vehicle to drive while they worked on mine & even went as far as to send flowers to the hospital when I had my baby. Great experience! Bought a truck here and were from California! Flew to MO and picked it up! Awesome people and friendly staff!
Fabulous experience! I did most of the work through text and phone calls and finished up at the dealership. Dan Dugan and Mike his manager did everything to make this deal work. I had some credit issues that they managed to work with and get me a good deal on a great vehicle. This is not you normal used car dealership!
