I had a very disappointing experience with TDI Properties while trying to attend a scheduled apartment viewing today. When I arrived, there was no one there and no clear point of contact. I reached out through Zillow and received no response. I then called the phone number listed, but instead of contacting the person in charge themselves, they told me to do it and simply gave me another number. I've lived here for 6.5 years. Street parking is terrible, homelessness live in the building, fights with tenants, roaches. Dirty laundry room. The unit manager that lives in my building cleans every Sunday and she she does her best but TDI properties is terrible. Amazon has no way to access the building; my car was stolen in the neighborhood. I live in studio apartment and keep my unit extremely clean and will still occasionally have see roaches. Thank god I didn’t end up in an apartment managed by this company. They randomly cancelled my apartment showing the morning of the tour- I had scheduled the showing for 10 am on April 4th. They text me at 8 am to confirm that I was coming- I didnt check my phone for an hour and by 9 am my showing was cancelled- we were getting ready to leave and I messaged them that I was going to be there at 10. i currently live at the romaine towers, one of their buildings. it’s 95 degrees outside and my AC unit is broken. i informed TDI about this 2 days ago. on monday, i witnessed people trying to break into the building. i notified gene, the property manager immediately. he never responded. two days later, my car was broken into. my garage door opener was stolen (this gives you access to the entire building) as well as valuable items. i called TDI, no answer. i called and texted both property managers, nobody answered. ari, the ... read more
