TD Bank once again reminding us that they are the worst out of the Big 5. The associate teller refused to cash a cheque and release the funds from my law firm. This cheque which was the release of my OWN retainer. I had an official signed letter from my attorney with clear verification of the cheque. They know it's valid but they like to hurt customers by hiding behind policy.
