I had an extremely disappointing experience at TD Bank today. I went in to make a deposit for a charity for a church, just like I did two weeks ago without any issues. However, the teller—a rushed and dismissive Asian lady—immediately told me I couldn’t deposit because I don’t have a TD account. Every debit card I've been issued won't last more than two months. Getting sick of it.
Do not put your trust in TD as they don’t have your best interest in mind ! They lie, they’re under educated and should return to school for a better understanding of banking and their customers. Please chose Scotia or credit union
This has to be the worst td branch so bad that they should fire all the managers and close the branch it's bad for business they lie to you over and over like there is nothing wrong with it the only time they didn't lie they said to me that they were busy and didn't have time to do there job is that what td wants there clients to be told any way delt with this branch for a transaction that should have taken 7 to 10 days and it took over a month never return calls just ignore you and hope you go away.
