The TD Bank in Cheltenham is the worst ever! The manager Arthur there is the biggest pervert and is a know it all! The tellers are rude and lazy. I’m not sure if they even have an assistant mgr, because I never see them. They need to clean sweep management. This location has had dozen of new faces within the past year or so. That should speak volumes on the leadership there. Crowded! Loud! Rude! Perverts!
This bank steals your money. I absolutely hate TD Bank. Bring back Commerce Bank.
