Have been trying to change name on my safe deposit for 2 yrs😡 why is this so hard?? I asked for my fee to be waived and the mgr can’t do that? She has to wait for her manager?? Terrible customer service.
Sitting in the Cottman branch for almost a half an hour for a replacement card only! Employees are chit chatting instead of taking the next customer! Terrible service at this location.
Stop ripping people off with high overdraft fees
I have to thank Elizabeth A Mertes at the Street Road Bensalem branch. I had a terrible week of having my wallet stolen then used one of my new cards online in what turned out to be a scam. She was incredibly helpful, unbelievably kind and fixed everything both times I went in. I couldn’t recommend her more.
Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service! Ppl at branch offices are mostly nice, but not empowered to do anything but pass the buck. Some departments are not even reachable except via email, even by branch managers or customer service line agents. Commerce bank was WAY better, and I do not recommend TD at all now. I stated this to one of the reps, and her response was "well, maybe Commerce would have stayed in business if they would have been less "nice". I have had several issu...Continue Reading
TD bank needs to hire and train more service reps. 20+ minute wait is unacceptable. i tried to set up a bill pay in the branch office, but THEY were told it would be a 20 minute wait, at least, before the branch rep could speak to someone!
Terrible service not due to the employees in Center City Philadelphia. Long waits for both tellers and service please hire more help 😫
