Horrible company with bad customer service. I requested simply online account statements for months X through Y and they couldn’t send them online, only mail them. Instead they want the customer to go through their accounts and get their own statements. Whatever happened to customer service? The irony is they will mail the statements, just won’t send them digitally. Big place
This was a cool place to work, until you become obsolete. I was fired over the phone for not passing the series 7 test which happened to land on my birthday. I also was so stressed about the test that forgot about that stipulation, the last week was just nonchalantly talked about like everyone is going to pass and it’s fine. I have ADHD and autism, the only “aid” that could’ve been given was an additional hour of test time. Extra time doesn’t help with time blindness but I digress.
