Liz and her staff love what they do and it shows.. They're buzy.. but not stressed and Miguel you will see him in the zone putting orders. He will look up and give you a hello and smile. The Front End always amazing and genuine.. The combined Quality Service Cleanliness and Friendliness is off the charts.
great food and atmosphere
Arrived around 3 on a Saturday afternoon. Pub was approx half full. Waited at the hostess station for over 5 minutes before we were acknowledged. Sad. I figured if the service and food were no better it was a big mistake. Was glad the food turned out to be exceptional. Service was a little lackluster but this one time food made up for the hostess station and wait service. If those 2 issues could be fixed it would be 5 ⭐️ All day long.
Unfortunately, I felt the food was only average but the service was fantastic. I have a feeling the live music is a huge draw and may try again on a night they have a band. We did however meet and have a nice conversation with an older couple. Thus far, Lucky Lou’s food far surpasses other American Grill venues in QC including this one.
Great place. The fried pickles were the best I ever had. But my sliders were a bit dry. Loved our waitress. We never waited for a drink.
Great service, reasonable prices and really fun karaoke crowd!
