The staff is always courteous and friendly. They get the job done quickly and with little mess.
The whole staff at The Dentists at North Cypress is friendly, caring, professional, and thorough. They try to make what is typically a stressful situation for many people, as pleasant as they possibly can. I would not go anywhere else for dental care!
From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. The doctor's assistant was very professional and friendly. Dr. Yelpez kept me well informed on every step of my procedure. I felt very comfortable there and would highly recommend The Dentists at North Cypress. I would give them 5 Stars.
I have been with this practice since before Dr. Rome. And I have stayed since she came because of her amazing treatment and her staff. The practice is 11 miles away but worth the drive. I am bringing my 90 year old mom too!!!! Thanks for taking care of us.

For someone who deals with a little anxiety when it comes to anything in the medical field, this was a great experience. Mrs. Rome was an awesome dentist and her hygienist was fantastic! She explained what she was looking for and what she was doing every step of the way. It was my first time going to their office, but i will definitely be back!
This is the 28th year that my family has been entrusted it's dental care with the Dentists of North Cypress. It all began with Dr. Joe Piazza. Dr. Rome and the staff has continued with the same level of excellence. The hygienists are all very personable and professional. The level of care provided by Claire has been outstanding. He good nature also makes every visit a worthwhile one. I highly recommend the Dentists of North Cypress.

My experience yesterday was great. I was an hour and a half earlier than I was scheduled. I would have been happy to wait my turn because I brought a great book along just in case I had time to spare.I was impressed how much information you kept on me, and I am sure your other patrons also.
