Everyone is fantastic at the practice.
I had a good experience at Dr. Piazza's office, again yesterday. I went in for my regular 6 month check-up, and everything checked-out. I was greeted by welcoming Good morning!! After a short (5 minute or so) wait, the hygienist took me back for the cleaning. She did a great job cleaning my teeth. No pain. Just clean teeth. Dr. Rome checked on me near the end of the cleaning process. I finished with a quick stop at the billing department. No balance due; insurance covered it all. No pain. This office is the standard by which others should be judged. From admin staff to dental cleaning techs to dentists...uniformly excellent service all around. Both Drs. Rome and Piazza are experienced and knowledgeable and terrific.

I have been a patient of Dr. Piazza and Dr. Rome and staff for 18 years! Yes, 18 years and I would never ever go anywhere else. The dentists and staff are all so wonderful, and are genuinely happy to see you everytime you go. My kids, who are 16 and 14, have never seen anyone but them and have always had a great experience with them as well.
As always, my 6-month check up visit was wonderful. The entire staff is extremely friendly and professional, the offices are immaculate and Sally and Dr. Piazza made a dreaded visit to the dentist pleasurable!
I had just come from an unfortunate dental experience and was apprehensive about finding a new dentist, but I knew it had to be done. As soon as I stepped foot into the office, I could tell that the staff was prepared, knowledgeable, and personable. My appointment was with Dr. Rome, best descision ever! Was probably my best day at Dr Piazza's office. He said he would do it and by gosh he did it. He really really really did it. Got my denture to fit my implants the way they should fit. thanks Dr Piazza and your technician. Cannot remeber her name.
When moving to a new town, it is so worrisome finding a new dentist. I must admit, my worries were for nothing. This was my two kids first visit. The staff was absolutely wonderful. They made us feel like we had been going there for years. I would highly recommend this dentist office.
