Good bedside manner. Easy going, clear, and precise in all my procedural areas.
Love my new dentist, her assistant and the dental hygenist. Always on time, really gentle and very patient with this very nervous patient.
Dr Rome has provided excellent treatment and even did a crown for me on a rush basis before I went out of the USA on vacation. Tina, my hygienist, does a great job as well. The people at Dr Rome's practice are the best !
I had a cleaning appointment yesterday and the hygienist was very cordial, professional , timely l and thorough. Today I had another appointment for some work that needed to be done and the staff was very cordial, timely and appreciative.

The service was excellent as usual. Dr. Rome stopped by to chat/catch up and the I was entertained while undergoing what I call PT (gum Poking Torture). No complaints at all.
I'm so thankful I found The Dentist at North Cypress. They have been so accommodating at any situation or emergency that has arisen. You couldn't ask for a friendlier staff. I love Dr Rome.
