I want to say that I did not procure the services provided by this company. I am writing this review because an employee who represents this company and I had a run in that reflects poorly on TCK Air Conditioning and Heating and I want to make sure it's clear how this behavior reflects on the company. TCK Service Group is by far the best company we have worked with. We got a few bids from other companies for a new unit and they by far outpriced anyone. Their guys were some of the most friendly guys we have had work for us. HIGHLY recommend this company.

I was in the middle of having my daughter evaluated for services at the centria across the street. My child was having a meltdown and the receptionist thought it would be a good idea to come out, screaming and cursing, and giving her opinion on how my child screaming was hindering her from work. Wouldn't trust my AC or heating with people that have no patience or are racists. Called to try to talk to the lady and see what her problem was her response was, "Did you cross the border illegally?"

This company has always gone above and beyond to help me in my air conditioning needs. The manager talks to me like he’s a family member of mine. Always friendly and helpful. I recommend them to anyone who wants a reliable and honest company for air conditioning needs.
