My family are currently patients at this establishment. The staff is rude. The girl loudly sighed at me when I was asking why our appointments were running behind. When I asked to speak to management I was told that wouldn’t happen. So I’m looking for somewhere else to go.
We love TCG!!!! Dr. Goss & Dr. Waldman are awesome....as well as the current staff!!
I do not recommend TCG for the following reasons: The four different TCG dentists (TCG has a revolving door of dentists!) my family saw over the three year period all failed to identify two growing cavities in my son's mouth, resulting in us spending $3,000 when we left and sought opinions and services from other reputable dentists. TCG's business model is clearly volume over quality; they enroll as many clients as possible to receive incentives from the insurance companies and there are not incentives for them to do dental ... read more
Worse customer service I’ve ever experienced!! And this is coming from a local Chick-fil-A manager. Do your family a favor and find an office and staff who cares about their clients!
