They reached out as we are looking to do a quick sale on our home. Our house is valued at 200k but we know doing quick sale you can’t get as much, no problem as we need convenience. However this company told us they wouldn’t even give 140k. They low ball and look to scam people out of their house sales. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for quick sale offers.

I have been using TC Realty Solutions as my property manager since 2009. During this time I have had zero issues with the company or any of the tenants they have placed in my house. Nina Baker is always very responsive to my needs and has found quality tenants for my property. I highly recommend using TC Realty Solutions.
I had the unfortunate experience of renting a house through this company for the past year and it has been a nightmare. Nina who is the owner has been incredibly difficult to deal with. Any time I had to contact her I just received a short, rude, uninformative answer via email. The number listed on their website does not work so there is no other way to contact the company.
