Super quick and thorough repair! Fantastic customer service. My rainbow was totally trashed and he got it to working like new. No pushy sales or negative vibes.
Excellent customer service!! I bought my Rainbow from another distributor years ago and didn’t realize how much I DIDN’T know about proper use and maintenance of my Rainbow vacuum until I got assistance here. I also learned a lot and was sold on the other attachments. Their experience and knowledge of this product line is unmatched!
The technician is very nice, and friendly, very open on what we need and doesn’t try to up-charge us for anything that we don’t necessarily need and gets the job done! Definitely will be coming back here again.
Our experience here was great! The tech was awesome and helped us by presenting all of the solutions available to help us navigate the issue with our Rainbow vacuum. We were also able to pick up the fresh air concentrate and some aquamarine carpet cleaner formula. We love our Rainbow and strongly recommend making the transition. It's fresh and clean like no other and significantly helps with air quality.
