Tammie was the Seller and Buyer agent when I bought a home here in Lake Jackson. She negotiated very fairly. Was a very easy process from showing through closing. In fact we closed over lunch at a restaurant on Surfside with the title agent. She provided comp data and was always very responsive. The office even sent a mail reminder with the form 5 months after closing to file with the County for my Homestead exemption. Very positive experience.
So thankful for Tammie Bell Team! Sold our house very efficiently and made everything very easy. Always easy to get in touch with Tammie or Nicki if we had a question.
