Agnes is possibly the most miserable, nasty wretch alive. Argumentitive and imbecile are the two nicest terms I can possibly think of for her. If you deal with TBS make sure you KNOW YOUR LANDLORD TENANT LAW! AAgnes, out of sheer stupidity, will make all sorts of illegal threats and is happy to illegally harass you. Repairs are never made.
