I was here last night celebrating my birthday. The food was so wonderful but our waitress was not customer friendly at all from the time we sat down. She acted like it was just a bad thing to even come to our table. No birthday song no nothing. Then when we contacted the manager he acted like we were just over exaggerating. But how right we were because she had an attitude even when we cashed out. I was really upset cause she was very disrespectful when she took my card. We had a great experience at the Augusta location last night. Was having a hard time finding somewhere for a party of 14 but they took us without any problems & had our table ready within about 15 minutes after calling. Service was excellent & food was delicious! Will definitely be back soon & will be my go to place for large party reservations.

I usually have great service and great food, we were there before 6 o'clock so it wasn't even really busy. Our waiter was very slow with getting our order got our drinks confused. He didn't appear to be a new waiter, he never offered refills on our drinks, it was my daughter birthday dinner and she was very excited about getting a full rack of ribs, they had alto of fat on them, and this has never happened before. True be told I like to eat at either the Washington Road or Evans restaurant. Both staffs and food are of the highest quality. I prefer T-Bonz over all the steakhouses in Augusta.
