I had a visit today with TBI and I have no complaints. Rebekah, my technician, explained all of the testing we were doing, and she was patient enough to answer all of my questions regarding them! Tamisha scheduled my appointment with no hiccups; after ensuring they could arrange transportation for me on my day off work they made sure it all transpired accordingly. Thank you all!
Very professional and responsive. Employees are so pleasant! Check in process was smooth as I was able to do it online. I was seen at my exact appointment time.
