We are current residents of TBH management. We have been renting from this management company for 7 months. This has been the worse housing experience of my life. The first red flags were present on move in day. The house was filthy, the electricity only worked in some of the room and hot water only worked in one out of the two bathrooms. There were mouse droppings in the kitchen cabinets and trash through out the house. Tbh Management is trash they have the nerve to charge 1000 for a deposit when they do not clean nor do they fix anything upon moving in. Filled out the walk through form and told them all that i seen was told the things would get fixed before i moved in nothing was fixed.I discovered that the pipes was leaking and the sewage was going in the front yard,wall sockets has no covers on them plus when i plugged my lamp in everything shuts off, running the shower the tub fills up as if i'm taking a bath. This company is trash. They sold me a house that was damage when they gave it to me and promised to fix it I had to report them to the health department to fix the damages that was there. Amy stayed that I had court on Feb 14 but claim I had it on Feb 7 which wasn't true. I tried to talk to Amy but she walked right pass me as I was trying to talk to her. TBH manages the one family house next to my home. I have lived there going on two years and there have been five tenants in that TBH managed property (their short stays in the home indicate to me that the property is not well cared for).
