Our insurance has always been a uphill battle always finding a way to do the minimal required and never doing what was necessary to preserve the value of my home. Tom and his sales team came to us and handled the whole process. They leveraged their decades of experience to not only give me a new roof but siding and windows as well. About three weeks ago Tom came out, looked around and said he would email a bid within a couple of days. Never heard from him again. Very disappointed especially since he was recommended through word of mouth.
