best rib eye anywhere – Taylors is the best steak house on the boulvarde...service and prices are great....great bar and good daily fresh fish specials..

Its dining room sports white linen tablecloths, mahogany paneling and nary a window. Great bar - decent food – The bar has a tremendous atmosphere. We call in regularly for a glass of wine and end up staying for a bite to eat - Chui, the barman is at the top of his profession and knows how to look after his regulars. If you want to sit at the bar to eat the blue cheese Molly Salad with a baked potato is great Otherwise be prepared to book well ahead of time, or wait at least 30 minutes for a seat. We keep coming back – We've eaten at Taylor's dozens of times over the past four years, and they never disappoint. We have brought along several of our friends and out-of-town guests. Whether we're having a romantic evening for two, dinner with another couple or hosting a larger gathering of eight people, we have always had a wonderful time. The cozy ambience and attentive service, the GREAT steaks and spot-on martinis all add up to a delightful dining experience.
Great! – The food is actually pretty good. The service was nice and I had a great time. I would recommend this place to my friends.
I've had better! – I was very disappointed when I went here. It took forever to get seated. The waitress who served us didn't get my order right, she was very slow and very rude! Dim lighting and comfortable furniture does not make up for substandard service! I was so disappointed with my dining experience that not only do I vow never to eat there again, I will do my best not to let my friends make the same mistake!
Red meat and very blue cheese – Very relaxed atmosphere, and the bar seemed like a fun place to hang out for a drink. The iceberg lettuce salad was drenched with bleu cheese dressing and my steak was a tad over medium rare, but I enjoyed the meal overall.
Overcooked Steaks – Convenient parking, comfy booths, nice dark interior, friendly staff.... BUT my wife and I both ordered our steaks (she had the coulotte and I had the filet mignon) medium rare and they both came out as medium or medium rare. We were going to send them back, but the server sort of disappeared around this time. Should have done it anyway -- it's our own fault, but still, sort of a pain to have to deal with.
