I wanted to extend a huge thank you and give a shout out to your awesome Fairbanks Team, specifically Jeannie and Tony! My husband is deployed and I had a roof fire. Jeannie is so knowledgeable and let me vent and kept me calm as she explained what this company does. Tony was equally as awesome with his calm and welcoming demeanor and skill. We came home Christmas Eve from my parents to a flooded home. We had to turn the water off to the entire house because of the broken pipe. Our boiler runs on water.. turning the water off left us with no water or heat for Christmas Day. After getting most the water out and having a moment, the disbelief, fear, and what ifs sunk in. Thankfully Taylored was there. Doug called after 11pm on Christmas Eve and connected me with Matt in Fairbanks. I don't like leaving negative comments but they haven't returned calls from my family members who just wanted to speak with them about some infrastructure questions and possible questions on their invoice/bill, they did a horrible job painting my family members kitchen (the sprayed the around the border of the wall but not the inside section) they were in a huge rush and were rude at the end of the renovation. Overall I'd have to say their workmanship and customer service are definitely sub-par. Take your money somewhere els... read more
Right now I'm not happy, it's been 4 1/2 months since the fire and the job is not even half done. Because it's an insurance job it's at the back of the line (they have the contract ). I felt safe with this company because they came highly recommended. I am very disappointed.
Great staff and professional services. Diligence in the tedious and overwhelming job in our crawl space . Can't say enough about the job well done at our home !
