I called for a quote/estimate for a garage extension, they wanted $350 just for an estimate. I could see providing building plans, and diagrams and a how to guide, but an estimate for work. Nah thanks plenty of construction companies in and around Fairbanks for an estimate of work. Also their website wouldn’t work...
We got our house in April and Taylored Restoration did all the repairs on it before we owned it! The previous owner had a fire only in the garage thank goodness. Taylored did all the repairs to it and the only problem we had was with the floor and they didn’t fix it! Or should I say wouldn’t!! In our closing we asked if they would redo the floor and that told us NO! And now we are stuck doing the repairs and fixing what they should of fixed in the fist place!

We had a nasty situation and the team in Fairbanks came through like champs. Thank you so much for the quick response and fitting us in your already busy schedule. With your help we were only stranded with out being able to use our septic for 3 nights and 2 days. 1st picture is the mess 2nd is cleaned up.
Thank you Taylored Restoration including Project Manager extraordinaire Andrea Phoenix, billing wizard Heidi Dunlap, Andrew the the sheetrock superstar, and Kevin the keeper of the flooring, and the dry out guys whose names I don’t think I ever got, but who out-plumbed the plumber and stymied the leak until i could get someone to come back out.
