This has to be the worst company EVER. I brought my machine to get repaired here. Paid an arm and a leg, I used it 3 times and it began to work horrible again. Keep in mind I'm only cutting a very small area. I bring the machine in to ask them why after 3 uses its not functioning again. They try to charge me the part that they replaced again, after they replaced it without my consent they dismantle my machine and gave me my machine back in parts thrown in a box!
