Excellent and timely service. The AC blower motor was replaced quickly, and the system is running perfectly. Professional, efficient, and done right the first time
Taylor did a real nice job of explaining the reason for a new HVAC system. The installation was on time, smooth, and professional. The price was fair overall a very good experience. I’d give Taylor a call and ask for an appointment with Ben. He’s fantastic.
It's time to update my review. Still 5 star service from Taylor Refrigeration and AC. They just installed a Carrier Performance 2-stage heat pump. Definitely worth the money. Extremely quiet and maintains the set point accurately. My original system was controlled my a Nest thermostat and we need an 8-wire cable to the thermostat. Jessie went to the attic and installed the required 8-wire cable. An Ecobee thermostat was used instead of the Nest. I am glad because the thermostat can now also control the humidity.
