Today I had my HVAC system serviced by Jerry Keosavanh. Jerry was: on time, very professional, highly knowledgeable of the system, very detailed, did a great job of explaining everything to me and made sure that I fully understood everything things that he was telling me about my system; and he answered all of my questions. At no time during this service call did I feel like he was rushing to complete the job in order to get on to his next assignment. Great response time. Knowledgeable ppl. Expensive in my opinion. $250 for about $45 worth of parts. $129 service call fee. But they do get it fixed.
