Company is a track builder using the worst quality products and staff. Changes contractual commitments mid-construction and hopes the buyer doesn't notice. They eliminated Boracare termite protection during the construction of our home and supplemented it with an inferior product that was to be applied after home was complete. After you buy the house they don't care about you, they cause me a problem and they don't want to care and respond.
Lost 16k option money when they sold our house right after our loan was denied. Now the rep that told us the money would credit toward next Darling Home purchased said Darling never promised that. I posted a review on Google and the pretend a rep would contact me. BS. SHADY COMPANY! Buyers beware!
Lovely people with a wonderful presentation right up to when you need help. "Just refer to your closing manual" or "contact the manufacturer" are a few. Do your part up front by going through your soon to be new home with a fine toothed comb. Check everything, document it and don't close until it's all done. I also suggest you read all the reviews prior to making your final choice.
My husband and I purchased a Savvy Home back in December of 2014, and we have some on-going concerns that are yet to be addressed. During the 1st year of our warranty agreement, we made several warranty request about the upstairs flooring system, and workers/contractors were sent 6 or 7 times, yet the areas of the floors are still sinking, sloping, and have detached sub-floors.
